Welcome to the website of the Staffordshire County Cups. This tournament is available to all clubs within the Staffordshire area and clubs who are apart of any of the three league that operate within Staffordshires borders. These are the Cannock League, North Staffs League and the Wolverhampton League. There are four tournaments available.
Hickman: Open tournament (No grading limit)
Gothard: Restricted to players graded under 160
Jackson: Restricted to players graded under 140
Withnall: Restricted to players graded under 120
These are team tournaments, all run on a knockout basis. The first round starts in October, with the final held in May. Rate of play is all moves in 85 minutes. Full tournament rules can be found here. Also if you would like to download a Results form it can be found here.
